IJBC helps JTB delegate to explore possibilities of school children visiting Japan
2017-10-04

IJBC received a request from JTB Company in New Delhi through their well-wisher friend Mr. Tomio Isogai that on 28th Sep 2017, a high-level JTB Delegate viz. Ms. Yoko Torii is visiting Pune.

The purpose of this visit was to explore if school children in Pune would like to go to Japan through the various attractive tour packages that JTB has designed. In fact, already many schools in Delhi and Mumbai are taking advantage of same and sending their school students to Japan.

IJBC arranged immediate meetings with Principals of two of the leading schools in Pune, viz. Millenium National School in Karve Nagar and Ahilyadevi Girls high school in Shaniwar Peth Pune.

The meetings with respective Principals revealed the fact that indeed there is a clear potential in this and thus Ms. Torii could exchange her views and explain her company's success story and experience of taking Indian school children to Japan. In fact, they take two teachers from the same school if 30 students are there in one group. Tours can be tailored to the specific interest of students/group.

Team IJBC believes that more and more Pune school children can benefit from such initiatives by leading Japanese tour operators like JTB and IJBC shall be a guide and mentor for the success of the same.
